What NEXUS does
- Volunteer profiles. Contact details, experience, and availability live on the volunteer's account and carry forward to every tournament and season they join.
- Volunteer assignment. Directors manage events, shifts, and roles, and assign volunteers against real structural data instead of a spreadsheet.
- Custom forms. Tournaments and chapters build their own forms in NEXUS, with options pulled live from the tournament's data, and can edit them safely after responses come in.
Underneath all three is a membership and role model: a volunteer can belong to several tournaments and chapters, each with its own permissions, enforced by the system.
